Selection, compatibility and after-sales questions

Which UAV models do the products fit?

The Emergency Firefighting and Cleaning lines mainly fit DJI FC100 / FC200 / M400 / T100 / T100S and other aircraft, and can connect to third-party carriers over PSDK, Ethernet, serial or E-Port. Exact compatibility follows the product datasheets; aircraft matching can be confirmed by email.

What are the working radius and deployment time of the cleaning kits?

The M400 curtain-wall cleaning kit uses 80 m / 120 m of hose with an 80 m working radius and deploys in 15 minutes; the FC100 curtain-wall cleaning kit runs at 200 bar and 22 L/min with live 5G connectivity and operational data upload.

Can the firefighting bucket valve release a measured amount of water?

Yes. Both the rigid and the soft firefighting bucket have valves with linear 0–100% opening and ≤ 0.6 s response, so the water volume can be matched to the fire, and up to 5 buckets can be detected and linked for rotation.

Do you provide on-site training and after-sales support?

We provide installation, operation and maintenance training together with a full set of tutorial videos and product manuals. After-sales requests can be sent to our business email; we reply within one working day.

Can payloads be customised for a specific project?
